A: The armband sizing is as follows, and references the circumference of your bicep region of your arm:

SMALL 7.5" - 9.5"

MEDIUM 9.5" - 12.5"

LARGE 13.0" - 15.5"

X-LARGE 16.0"+ (currently only available in black reflective)
